Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days (unless mentioned otherwise in the product description) after payment confirmation.
  • For international orders, dispatch time is typically 7-10 working days (unless mentioned otherwise).
  • During festive seasons or unexpected events like COVID-19 restrictions, there may be delays in dispatch and delivery.

Shipping Information

  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Domestic shipments are sent via trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Shree Maruti, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees.
  • International orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are based on the product weight. Some items may have free shipping, while others incur charges.
  • International shipping charges are additional and depend on the location and courier service.

Expedited Shipping Service

  • Orders weighing above 5kg are shipped via surface transport, while lighter items are shipped via air.
  • Delivery is expected within 8-10 working days post-shipping.
  • This service is traceable but cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Please provide a complete physical address with PIN code and a contact number.

Holiday Shipping & Delays

  • During holidays, shipments may face delays due to high shipping volumes.
  • Any delays caused by courier services (e.g., weather issues or incorrect addresses) are beyond our control.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days if placed before 12 Noon IST.
  • Expedited orders are given priority.

Receiving Your Order

  • Inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any discrepancies, such as torn packaging or incorrect weight, notify the courier and document the issue.
  • SKF Bholu Bhai is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by courier companies. Once the product is received and acknowledged, it will be treated as successfully delivered.

Cancellations, Returns & Lost Packages

  • If an order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your location, a gift card will be issued for the full amount, including shipping.
  • Partial cancellations or returns will also result in a gift card for the respective amount.
  • Refunds are not provided.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments and are payable by the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country, so contact your local customs office for details.
